Sympathizers who rallied round the scene had the feeling that the driver of the trailer must have given up the ghost when they saw him crawl out of the flattened cave of the trailer unhurt.

The driver, a northerner told the crowded sympathizers that his steering stiffened and he could not have control of the vehicle hence the accident.

He rather praised Allah for saving him but assured that the crushed Sienna car would be replaced by his master after negotiation.
