Motorcyclist Beaten to Stupor at Centenary City

A commercial motorcycle operator with the registration number UNG 428 QM whose name was not given on Wednesday morning 8th May 2019 was beaten to stupor by three occupants of blue Peugeot 505 car with the number plate HKW 960 AA over his alleged act of recklessness.

An eye witness, Mr. Agbafor Geoffrey told Citizens’ Advocate that the motorcyclist who was allegedly on high speed was heading to the Centenary City with his passenger but along the line engaged in phone call through which he nearly caused a fatal crash for the motorist, but for divine intervention.

He disclosed that the driver was going towards the same direction and suddenly he was overtaken by the accused careless motorcyclist whom he claimed answered phone calls while overtaking the vehicle.

He added that the motorist alongside other occupants, in his attempt to avoid knocking down the man down then lost control and swerved from one end of the road to another, before the vehicle was brought under control and then to a halt.

The occupants of the car expressed their anger, apportioning blame on the motorcyclist but instead of him to be remorseful and apologize, he invited his people through phone call who would assist him to fight the motorists and the occupants.

But the driver and the other two occupants out of anger after discovering the pride of the motorcyclist after committing such offence, grabbed him and beat him mercilessly.
