Ugbala said, “We are here to thank the Governor that against all odds, irrespective of the lean nature of economy, he decided to sight this project here and he is following it up. Our assignment here as Ezza people is to inspect the project that is going on in our land, because it is a privilege that the Governor has decided to choose this particular place for the airport and as a people from Ezza nation, we want to show our commitment to it.”

“Number one is that if a project is going on in your place and you have passion for it, you must come to inspect it and if there is an input, you make it to show that Government and the people are one.”

We have come out openly to tell the whole world that we are supporting the airport project in Ezza land hundred percent.”

“We thank our traditional rulers and other leaders of thought for willingly donating this land for the project, we are happy that there is no obstruction to the project here. All miscreants and faceless write- ups on Facebook and other media doesn’t represent the opinion of Ezza people. If there is anybody that think otherwise, we want the person to come out openly.”

“This is Ezza nation and we are here blood and life and our position is, while we are thanking the Governor for the magnanimity, we are supporting the airport project hundred percent.
