Ebonyi Commissioner of Police Bows Out of Office

Ebonyi State Commissioner For Police, CP Awosola Awotinde has bowed out of office after meritorously service.
This was made known to newsmen through the State Police Public Relation Officer, DSP Loveth Odah, at the state Command Headquarters, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.
According to DSP Odah, CP Awosola retirement came in line with the commission procedure after 35 years of sincere service, noting that the command would soon be taken over by new Commissioner prior to the superior’s order.
Her words, “Commissioner of Police will be meritoriously retiring today after 35 years of sincere service and I wish to announce to the general public that his 2nd in command here to handle every issue necessary until the next CP emerges.”
“I am calling the general public to direct every enquires they wish to make to the Deputy Commissioner of Police on administration”, she explained
DSP Odah, further call the people of the state to maintain peace and stick to the state government directive on use of nose mask, urging them to always report to police meaningful information that would lead to securing their immediate environs as security remain everyone’s business.
